Pricing and seasonality
In Lombardy the two curves complement each other. Milan doesn't have a real season: demand is there twelve months, with peaks on the trade-fair calendar — Design Week in April, HOST in October — and high turnover. Lake Como is more seasonal, strong from April to October, peaking in summer.
With a dynamic pricing strategy we work both curves: we keep occupancy high in the city and maximise the peaks on the lake.
